(www.pastoralsiglo21.org).- 2 de septiembre 2019.\u00a0<\/strong>El medio d\u00eda del pasado domingo 1 de septiembre, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la celebraci\u00f3n de la Santa Misa, con motivo del inicio del ministerio Pastoral del Padre Arturo Flores en la Comunidad Parroquial de Santa Emma en \u00e9l municipio de Ju\u00e1rez, N.L.<\/p>\n<p>El Padre Arturo ser\u00e1 apoyado por el Padre Juan de Dios Alvarez Orozco, nombrado vicario de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La Santa Misa fue presidida por el Arzobispo de Monterrey, Mons.
